I have always loved reading. My mother enjoys telling the story of how, on holiday in Italy when I was about 10, I was stuck in a broken-down lift for an hour without even noticing! When the manager finally opened the door I was found sitting happily in the corner of the lift with my nose stuck firmly in a book (not literally but figuratively - do you know the difference?).
I enjoy both factual and fictional books. Can you share your favourite factual or fictional book with the Blog? Why did you enjoy reading that particular book? Could you give our 'Bloggers' a short 'precis' (a simple storyline/fact file) of your favourite book? Remember, I am looking for interesting vocabulary, good spelling and accurate punctuation. Can you persuade other 'Bloggers' to read your favourite book?

SLEEPOVERS
By - Jacqueline Wilson
Everyone likes sleepovers, because you can eat sweets, home -made popcorn and melted chocolate. The good thing is that you get no sleep!
The book is about five party girls giggling in a wobbly bed, staying up until midnight!Their mums and dads have to stay awake too!
I had 7 friends to my
sleepover, and we all squeezed in to 1 bed!I can't wait until my next SLEEPOVER..... Kate

The Harry Potter series
By J.K Rowling.
I like this series because they are so adventurous, they are extremely deatailed and the imagination is immense so that at the end of every book you are like " Ooo, i wonder what happens next???" you just want to get on to the next book as quickly as possible. The main characters are Harry, Hermione and Ron.And i like all of them and i can't chose which one is best. You have to try these books you will find them really interesting.
